10" prepared piecrust (pastry or graham cracker)
2 cups squash puree
2 eggs
½ cup honey
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon each ginger and cloves
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.
Pour into shell and bake at 350 (preheated oven) for 1 hour until
a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let rest for 30
minutes before serving.
