Steam peeled chunks of pumpkin until tender and purée.
2 cups of cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ cups of sour cream
½ cup honey
½ tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
1 TB molasses
½ tsp. ginger
dash of cloves
2 eggs
Blend ingredients. Place in pie crust, smooth out. Bake
one hour at 350°F. Enjoy
