Toss 4 cubed Golden Nuggets, 2 sliced leeks, fresh sage and 1 minced
garlic clove in olive oil.
Fold four 12x15 inch pieces of baking parchment in half to make
crease. Open it up and generously butter the bottom half covering
all but an inch from the edge. Heap the vegetable into the center
of the paper. Put several small cubes of butter on top. Fold the
top half of the paper down and tightly roll the edges to make a
half circle. Twist paper end firmly. Bake for 25 minutes at 425.
Serve right in the parchment.
